To get started on any construction project, you require architectural design plans, preferably in the form of a full building design package. This outlines the scopes of the work and ensures that you know what you’ll be getting, as well as helping us to provide an accurate and reliable quotation of works.
And for both residential and commercial projects, our structural engineers will also comply with all relevant design standards and regulations. Property management
We make managing your property asset simple. Our experienced property management team looks after properties on behalf of overseas clients. We carry out regular property inspections and report back to our customers directly on the condition of their properties.
