The Manse

This derelict site was a former parish house in poor condition. It represented a blight on the community landscape.

This eyesore was demolished to make room for the current storey building – completed to a high standard with a combination of brick and cladding of zinc and terracotta on the exterior.

This cladding is in the A1 category for fire. So, not only does it look good but it also offers the best fire protection available. Inside, the suites are outfitted beautifully, offering a peaceful retreat for residents.
