Sakina House

Withington Village is a thriving centre of community life with a good range of shops, bars, restaurants and banks. The Sakina House property is located close to the centre of this village. Our re-development used part of the original basement, ground and roof space to form 4 self-contained apartments while the front part of the ground and basement created an office space.

We brought the shine back to this property while maintaining the original character of its brick-built main-hipped roof. Whilst inside, the apartments boast all the mod-cons a resident could want.
